Good location, can walk into old town and is only a short tuk tuk ride to night market and river area. Breakfast is nice and included; eggs, toast, cereal + thai food. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was consistently cleaned and large.
Restaurant closed at 8pm, no room service beyond then. Pool is very small but people did use it. No fitness center. Lots of roosters close by. They didn't wake us but once they get going, it's loud.
